Moving Abroad

This is a popular choice among a lot of empty nesters and it can often be the fulfilment of a dream all by itself. There are plenty of ex-pat communities around the world so it’s worth investigating the possibility if a home in a hot country with beautiful scenery is something that interests you. Alternatively, you can bring in some extra cash by not moving out of the family home at all. You can even offer your spare rooms as holiday rentals to very short-term residents travelling from abroad or other parts of the country on business or pleasure.
